I am never expecting to add vocals to the music I create for Eh Ska Pay. I created the Artist really to be able to make fast music that makes you want to get up and move verses my other Artists which have the tendency to put people to sleep. As you may have noticed, I have added vocals to my newest release "Project 00111111":

Creating Binary Code lyrics for this song and attempting to create robotic sounding vocals was amusing. I hope people will want to translate it for a surprise message. 

Some interesting sounds added into this song are recordings of my husband using the weed wacker, harp, and some operatic vocals. I thought the soothing sounds added an interesting contrast. I created the song on Garageband and used a Blue Snowball mic to record the vocals. I used my apple keyboard to play the software instruments. One of these days, maybe I will get a piano keyboard. I can imagine how much easier it will be to create melodies without having to tab up and down to change notes on the computer keyboard.

What would you say the genre is for this song? When pitching the song to Spotify, I chose "Experimental Beats", "Indie Electronic", and "Techno" but I really have no idea ever how to pick genres. It's honestly frustrating to me how many genres there are. I heard someone say once to find a genre first and then create music with the genre in mind but...I don't create to sound like anything in particular, I just want to create. I would say maybe I am like an "abstract artist"? I am not trying to fit into something that already exists, I just want to create what comes out.
